Lease2Purchase offers a new, but well-developed
affiliate program to support the sales of their guide to
buying, selling, leasing, and investing in real estate. The
guide is priced at a flat $97 (which they say is for a
limited introductory period), and also includes a CD of
information and tools.
Payout:
Their
affiliate program has been set-up to pay in 3 distinct ways.
First, as an affiliate, you earn a 30% commission on each real
estate guide sale you refer. This works out to a $24.25
commission for each sale, based on their current introductory
price of $97. Their web site soft-sells the guide, giving away
a variety of free tips and strategies before potentially
hooking visitors in with several free offers in addition to
the guide. Unfortunately, this also sometimes means that
visitors will leave without even realizing their is a guide
for sale.
Additionally,
if you refer other webmasters to the program, you can earn
commissions two additional ways. First, you receive a flat
$0.25 referral bounty for each new affiliate you refer. Then,
if an affiliate you have referred refers a visitor that
purchases the guide, you earn an additional $9.70 commission
on each sale (10% of the guide price).
Sign-up
for the program is instant, generating an affiliate code you
can immediately add to your web site to track sales. Online
commission reports are available so you can monitor your
progress. Reports detail click-through revenue, sales
commissions, and commissions earned on the second-tier by
affiliates you have referred.

variety of banners and graphics are available for use, and
text links are also encouraged as long as they are not part of
a 'spam' email message or posting to a newsgroup. Checks are
issued each month on the 28th, once $20 in commissions have
been accrued. Since this is a fairly new program, I will hold
off on giving them a perfect rating just now. If their payment
schedule is as they highlighted, look for an upgrade in the
near future.
