Review: Fit@Home is an online fitness store that offers commissions of 5-7% on referred sales of all products they offer. 

PayOut: All sales are eligible for 5% commissions, and those that your site links directly to are eligible for 7%. As the Fit@Home web site mentions, most of their products fall in the $100-200 range, resulting in substantially higher commissions per sale than for smaller items. Whether volumes are sufficient to allow large sums to be earned will be dependent on how well the program fits your site's audience.

Checks are issued quarterly to all affiliates once commissions have reached $50. Sales are tracked through unique partner ID#'s and commission reports are available online. The reports show you statistics for number of hits, direct sales, indirect sales, and commissions earned.

Links: You are allowed to link to any of the Fit@Home pages, including their search engine, but, remember highest commissions are earned for direct links. Review: Fogdog is a leading online retailer of sporting goods, with a very extensive collection. They have a very professional web site and a respected brand name. 

PayOut: Commissions for most sites will be 10% on all sales referred. Fogdog provides the opportunity to earn 15% or 20% commissions, but your site will need to make quarterly referrals of $5,000+ and $25,000+ respectively to reach them, out of the reach of most affiliates.

You can link to any of their product categories or simply to the home page. Sales are tracked through unique URLs with BeFree acting as a thrid-party administrator. Banners and graphics are provided for your use. They also have a handy automated link generator to ease the creation of link HTML code. Checks are issued quarterly, once commissions have reached (a fairly high) $100 minimum. Detailed commission reporting is also provided through the third-party service BeFree.

Additionally, Fogdog occassionally runs special promotions to their visitors and for affiliates. Plus, as an affiliate, if you buy sporting goods yourself, through your affiliate link, you receive your own commissions as a bonus.

Review: GearPro.com offers a large selection of outdoor gear such as backpacks, sleeping bags, tents, jackets, climbing gear, and boating accessories. 

PayOut: They offer an affiliate program that pays two-levels of commissions on sales of all products (except discontinued items) referred directly from your site.  You can link to their home page earning 5% commissions on all sales,  or directly to individual products, which increases commissions to 10%.

Links: They offer a free email update to affiliates highlighting new products that are added so they can be linked to directly. Tracking is done via a unique affiliate URL. Online commission reporting is made available detailing the the number of click-throughs, sales, and commissions earned. Logos and other graphics are available for use. Checks are issued quarterly once commissions reach $100.
